Temporary shedding is structured overlooking the main areas on a grass surface with unit depth of 3 metres.

Bookings are available in frontage blocks of 3m, e.g. 3m x 3m, 3m x 6m, 3m x 9m or 3m x 12m. Fees start from £300 for 3m x 3m and up to £1,020 for 3m x 12m.

Please enter all detail on our booking form below, upload your documents, select your pitch size and pay a 25% deposit for your booking to be confirmed.

Directions

Wellington Horse Trials is situated at Highfield Farm midway between Reading and Basingstoke.

The public entry and car park is along the A33, Basingstoke Road. The event field and competitior entrance is directly opposite The New Inn, Heckfield. Please follow the yellow AA event road signs as you get closer to this location.

GATE ONE: RG27 0LP is the Public Car Park and opens from 9:00am each day. The Public Car Park and Public Event Entrance can only be accessed via the A33 due to a one-way system being in place. Please ensure you leave of plenty of time for parking and queueing on arrival, to make sure you don’t miss any of the action!

 

BE members will be at the Public Gate (GATE 1) and will gain entry +1 with their membership card.

 

GATE TWO: RG27 0LE is for competitors, grooms, horseboxes, traders, hospitality and disabled ticket holders. This is the same entrance as last year opposite the New Inn, Heckfield.

 

From the M4, exit at junction 11 and follow signs towards Basingstoke on the A33.

From the M3, exit at junction 5 and follow signs towards Reading on the B3349.
