Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the Wellington International Horse Trials & Country Fair is a much-anticipated annual event held over the August Bank Holiday on the prestigious Hampshire estate of the Duke of Wellington. Over the years, it has evolved into a major attraction for families and visitors from across the South of England.

Renowned for its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, the event offers a rich programme of complimentary entertainment. Guests can enjoy live music, displays, and a wide variety of family-oriented activities, including face painting, dog shows, tractor rides, and much more.

As part of our continued growth and commitment to supporting local enterprise, we are expanding our exhibitor opportunities for the Wellington International Horse Trials & Country Fair 2026. A new extension to our Shopping Pavilion will be introduced, specifically designed to welcome small businesses, independent traders, and community-focused organisations.

We offer a range of exhibitor packages tailored to suit all levels, from emerging start-ups and artisan producers to established luxury brands and registered charities. This inclusive approach ensures a diverse and engaging marketplace for our visitors to explore.

Directions

The Wellington International Horse Trials is held at Highfield Farm, ideally situated between Reading and Basingstoke in Hampshire.

Public Access & Parking
Public entry and parking are located along the A33 (Basingstoke Road), with access via Gate One (RG27 0LP). This entrance is open from 9:00am daily and operates under a one-way traffic system. For safety and convenience, all public visitors must enter via the A33. We kindly advise allowing ample time for parking and queuing to ensure you don’t miss any of the day’s activities.

British Eventing Members
BE members should enter via Gate One, presenting their membership card to gain entry for themselves and one guest.

Competitor & Trade Access
Gate Two (RG27 0LE) is designated for competitors, grooms, horseboxes, traders, hospitality guests, and disabled ticket holders. This entrance is located directly opposite The New Inn in Heckfield and remains unchanged from previous years.

Please follow the yellow AA event signage as you approach the venue to ensure smooth access and arrival.
